Richard Dumouchel has an exceptional voice, and something to say when he sings:


"I am a 36 year old singer-songwriter who began by playing bass guitar at the age of 15. Then, I was into heavy-metal and rock, which has by now somehow cultivated a classic-eclectic Country-rock-blues mix.

After several years of dealing with personal demons such as addiction and mild autism, I'm in the process of writing my first CD, and already finding that my original tunes are getting a lot of public notice."

Originally from Ottawa and now a resident of Victoria, he can be found singing at the Victoria Central Library concourse, and in the evenings busking along Government St, near Rodger's Chocolates.
